Never, ever underestimate the power of just breathing.
Just breathe.
Just breathe.
Through stress or anxiety. Through pain. Through loss. Through love so great it takes the breath from you.
That simple breath from the tips of your fingers up to the top of your head...and then down through your body and out through the soles of your feet.
Allow yourself the time to move back into your body. Especially in labour. When fear may tighten you up, use this breath to release, to let go and to centre yourself again.
Use your breath to pause each day. To reconnect with yourself.
Use it to lull you into sleep and to bring you back to the day each morning.
It is such a simple technique. We just need to remember to do it. 💕💕
