A long time has passed since our course with you in September but I just wanted to let you know that Harley-Beau arrived safely in November 2017 weighing 7lbs 4oz.
For a first time labour it was relatively quick - 9 hours, and my hypnobirthing techniques really helped me manage emotionally and physically for the majority of the labour. He was born at home, in a birth pool and he was born in his membranes (and I had no tears!! Which I was most scared of!)
So just to say a big thank you for your help in enabling myself and my husband to have an amazing, enjoyable birth, one that’ll I’ll look back on fondly forever.
